2 to 1 Personal Training
2 to 1 Personal Training is simply two of you and one of us. Choose this form of personal training as a way to get healthy together with someone you care about and would like to workout with. We offer 2 to 1 Personal Training for only $20 more than what you’d pay for 1 to 1 personal training because we believe having a partner will make it more likely that both of you will stick to your workouts and achieve your goals!
Small Group Personal Training
Group Training will provide fun and energy-filled workouts in a small group setting (3-6 people per instructor) with one of our amazing team of trainers and is our most cost-effective form of Personal Training.
