1 to 1 Virtual Personal Training is how we’ve chosen to continue delivering our award winning coaching experience. We utilize zoom meetings for this offering. We’ll start first by setting up a consult with you, ideally via zoom, to discuss your goals and to also set up your exercise space. Then, we’ll plan out your schedule for the month at hand and begin!

2 to 1 Virtual Personal Training
2 to 1 Virtual Personal Training is simply two of you and one of us. You’re doing all sorts of activities in your home these days. Why not add some fun sessions with one of our trainers to the weekly schedule? It’s just $25 more than our 1 to 1 Virtual Personal Training and you both benefit!
Virtual Group Training
Virtual Group Training is fun, energy-filled and creative. These workouts have a lower price point than our 1 to 1 Virtual Personal Training options and the coaching is top notch! The workouts will keep your mind sharp, mood elevated and body strong. Our Virtual Group Workouts are a great way to let off some COVID-19 accumulated steam!
