Vadim Shayevich

ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Precision Nutrition 1 Certified, Nutrition Coach, TRX Suspension Training Certified, FMS I & II Certified, FRC & FRA Certified, Liberal Arts – Administration of Justice

Vadim’s story begins in the former Soviet Union, where he was born in Baku, Azerbaijan, before his family made the big move to Tucson, Arizona when he was just 3 years old. He graduated from Catalina Foothills High School and later earned a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in Administration of Justice from Pima Community College. But while his studies were impressive, Vadim was also racking up accomplishments in sports—football, volleyball, and even deadlifting an eye-popping 610 pounds in a powerlifting competition at just 16!

Then life threw him a bit of a curveball. By age 30, Vadim had packed on over 50 pounds and knew it was time for a serious reset. His response? He didn’t just hit the gym; he developed a full-blown obsession with health, fitness, and nutrition. In four months, he shed that 50 pounds by ditching processed foods, filling his plate with whole foods, and sticking to a daily exercise routine. From then on, he became a health and fitness machine—whether it’s running, hiking, biking, or lifting weights, Vadim is always on the move.

Inspired by the impact his transformation had on others, Vadim decided to make fitness his career. He earned certifications as a Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach, with a passion for helping others live their healthiest lives. Outside of training, Vadim’s an adventure-seeker—hiking, biking, going to concerts, trying new food, and, of course, working out. Because for Vadim, living well isn’t just a job; it’s an all-day, every-day mission (and he’s having a blast along the way).

Mike Jorgensen

ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Therapy Association Mastery Upper Body and Core Certifications

Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Mike began his fitness journey in high school, inspired by legendary bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sergio Oliva, Ronnie Coleman, and Jay Cutler. He later earned certifications from Pima Community College in the Fitness Professional and Health and Wellness programs.
After a brief hiatus from training and a move to Oregon, Mike faced a personal challenge—sciatica in his right leg at age 24. Through working with a trainer, he was able to strengthen his body and overcome the pain. That experience reignited his passion for fitness and gave him a new sense of purpose.

At his peak in strength training, Mike benched 265 lbs, squatted 380 lbs, and deadlifted 465 lbs. But beyond the numbers, his drive has always been about self-improvement and helping others do the same. Inspired
by the support of his own trainers and coach, he pursued a career in health and fitness
to empower others to reach their goals.
Outside the gym, Mike enjoys golfing, riding bikes, drawing and
painting, playing video games, and traveling to visit friends
and explore new places. Whether he’s training
clients or enjoying his downtime, he brings passion,
energy, and a deep commitment to living
life to the fullest.
