Jake, my personal trainer at Body Basics, was wonderful to work with and I learned so much from him, especially self-awareness on what muscles should be engaged for various exercises and how to breathe properly to engage and strengthen my core. This is a great place with passionate trainers helping clients get into good physical condition without getting hurt. The start-up period may be a little slow for somebody who has been working with good trainers elsewhere, but this is still good as you may not have been well-trained or trained at all.
