At BodyBasics, you will not find a “one-size-fits-all” fitness program. We understand that each individual has specific objectives not only in their fitness goals, but also in the time and budget they wish to dedicate to a fitness plan. That’s why we offer a number of different program options. Whether you wish to work out with your personal trainer 3-5 days each week or you prefer to do the majority of your exercise at home or elsewhere, we will tailor a program that is perfect for you.

At BodyBasics, there is no minimum purchase or long term contract required. You can choose one or a combination of the following options:
Our private sessions are carefully designed, taking into consideration not only your goals, but also your ability level, your understanding of exercise fundamentals, and your realistic level of commitment. Personal Training is offered in both 45 and 30 minute sessions and your trainer will be right there to guide you every step of the way!
Share-A-Coach Personal Training
Our shared sessions offer all the benefits of our private sessions x 2! Come with a family member, a friend, or a co-worker and you will both receive the personal guidance of your BodyBasics personal trainer, while also sharing time together. At BodyBasics, we are always seeking additional ways to motivate our valued clients. Sharing a session with someone you know is one way of doing so. This offering is only for 45 minute sessions.
Small Group Classes
What do you get when you combine your energy with that of others and an exercise circuit designed to improve posture, functional strength, balance, and your mind/muscle connection? We like to think the answer is simply the best small group training workout Tucson has to offer. A dedicated BodyBasics Personal Trainer will guide you through a balanced blend of cardiovascular training, resistance training and flexibility training, tailoring each segment of the workout to your individual ability level. All small group classes are 60 minutes in length.

Chris is a certified nutrition coach and has been a support to our clients who want a more focused approach to the nutritional part of their lifestyle. He utilizes a curriculum developed by his certifying organization, Precision Nutrition, to do so.
With Precision Nutrition Coaching, you’ll learn how to:
