Athletic Movement, Nutrition, & Injury Prevention For High School Athletes

Open to high school aged male and female athletes (Freshman – Senior)

What the Program Is:

This exclusive program is designed and offered by BodyBasics Owner, Chris Litten, and his team of training specialists.  Chris has been a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach through the NSCA for more than 10 years, and a personal trainer for over 20.  Additionally, as a Certified Nutrition Coach, Chris educates athletes about the requirement of optimum nutrition for performance. He has most currently been a key contributor to the Marana High School strength and conditioning program and his experience developing targeted programs for athletes has provided the foundation for many to continue on to participate in collegiate-level sports.

The functional movement screen (FMS) is a comprehensive screen I would recommend to all the athletes I work with. I have seen multiple college football teams use the FMS to help reduce injuries across the board. Having this available through Chris will allow athletes to have an in depth screening to help prevent injuries throughout their sports season. It is beneficial to address the athlete’s movement patterns to find the areas of need risk/need. I recommend you talk with Chris and learn more about the FMS and see how it can be beneficial to your athlete.

  • 12 small group coaching sessions
  • DVD of all specialized exercises will be given to each athlete

Limited to 10 athletes only

Group meets on Tuesday and Thursday

2:00pm – 3:00pm

$360.00 tuition per athlete

Inclusive of all 12 classes
