Beginner’s Class
Learn how to exercise safely and effectively in a non-intimidating environment. Our New Beginner’s Class is designed for those who may have never weight trained before or have been away from a consistent exercise routine for greater than 6 months. You will learn strategies that involve little to no equipment for improving your heart’s health, your total body strength and flexibility.
Graduates of this class are prepared to either set our completely on their own or join one of our advanced level classes.
