Choose Your Program
At BodyBasics, you will not find a “one-size-fits-all†fitness program. We understand that each individual has specific objectives—not only in their fitness goals, but also in the time and budget they wish to dedicate to a fitness plan. That’s why we offer a number of different program options. Whether you wish to work out with your Fitness Coach 3-5 days each week or you prefer to do the majority of your exercise at home or elsewhere, we will tailor a program that is perfect for you.
At BodyBasics, there is no minimum purchase or long term contract required. You can choose one or a combination of the following options:
Group Training
- Currently available:
- 6:00 am – Fitness Fusion (Mon., Wed., & Fri.)
- 7:00 am – Fitness Fusion (Mon., Wed., & Fri.)
- 12:00 pm – Fitness Fusion (Mon., Wed., & Fri.)
- 6:00 pm – Fitness Fusion (Mon., Wed., & Fri.)
- 8:00 am – Mat Pilates (Sat.)
- 9:00 am – Fitness Fusion (Sat.)
Fitness Fusion: All fitness levels welcome. Class combines balance, strength, flexibility and cardio.
Mat Pilates: Floor-based Pilates exercise that will strengthen your core (assumes a functional level of core stability).
